Who we are

My name is Bella A. Izzo, and I am the founder of Candela Lux Candles.

Candela Lux began in March 2025 as a creative passion rooted in my love for candles, timeless design, and thoughtfully crafted pieces for the home. After months of development, testing, and refinement, the brand officially launched on August 22, 2025. What started as a small handmade candle business quickly grew as I began attending local markets and vendor events throughout Rhode Island.

Through these events, I fell in love with the energy behind them — not just as a vendor, but as someone deeply interested in how meaningful, well-curated events come together. I became increasingly involved in the planning, organization, and behind-the-scenes details that make an event successful for both vendors and attendees.

That experience sparked a new vision.

As my involvement in the local event scene expanded, I began exploring the idea of hosting curated markets of my own — events that felt intentional, elevated, and supportive of small businesses. In September 2025, Vendor Lux RI officially launched as my second company.

Vendor Lux RI was created to provide thoughtfully curated events and a trusted space where vendors and venues can connect with confidence. What began as an extension of my journey with Candela Lux has grown into a platform dedicated to community, collaboration, and elevated local experiences.

Today, Candela Lux and Vendor Lux RI exist side by side — one rooted in handcrafted products, the other in creating opportunities for small businesses to thrive. Both are built on the same foundation: quality, intention, and genuine connection.
